Job Descriptions

1.Close accounts and prepare financial statements(BOI company) ,analytical reports to present to management 2.Record accounting transactions and prepare details for the budget 3.Prepare and submit taxes P.P.30 P.P.36, P.N.D. 1,3,50,51,53,54 4.Record sales transactions into the AR account 5.Record purchase transactions into the AP account 6.Record petty cash, JV 7.Adjust JV and prepare details for the financial statements 8.Prepare sales invoices 9.Contact and follow up with revenue department on tax matters, including tax refund. 10.Initiate payment in bank systems. 11.Participate to external audit and be the contact point of auditors. 12.Set up a system to control and check the closing of transactions between each other. 13.Others as assigned finance - Income work Cut off payments from debtors Manage income work - Expense work Print checks, issue withdrawal slips Making petty cash payments Make check payments to trade creditors Coordinate financial transactions with the bank

Qualifications

ชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-40 ปี
ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน
มีความละเอียดรอบครอบ
ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excle, Microsoft Power point ได้ดี
หากใช้โปรแกรม SAP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร นำเสนอ
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานบัญชี 2 ปีขึ้นไป และมีความละเอียดในการทำงานกับข้อมูล
เคยวางระบบทางบัญชีตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น หากผ่านระบบการทำงานโปรแกรมบัญชี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน
