- มีประสบการณ์วางแผนมากกว่า 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานเกี่ยวกับ สิ่งทอ มาจะพิจาราณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
- เป็นผู้นำมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานที่ดี
- มีทักษะด้านการคำนวณและตัวเลขเป็นอย่างดี
