Job Descriptions1. Evaluate new products for quality risks based on the quality issues history and lessons learned database.
2. Analyze and define critical quality attributes for product and process through risk analysis.
3. Work with customer and internal design teams to understand the product quality requirements and design process controls.
4. Engage in the design, development, manufacturing, and risk management activities for new product development projects.
5. Lead the development of APQP documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control plan etc.) to support the development process, during 4M changes and during quality issue resolution.
6. Annual review and update of PFMEA and Control plans. And revision control.
7. Ensure quality document linkage through all levels – Design till manufacturing and testing.
8. Participate in APQP meetings.
