Job Descriptions

• Maintain 100% of existing client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent service. • Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction. • Conduct regular visits and calls to clients for feedback, product updates, and future orders. • Receive and process purchase orders from existing and new clients. • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Track orders and provide regular updates to clients regarding status, delivery, or changes. • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts based on market trends and client needs. • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and other required sales documents. • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

Fresh graduation or 1-2 year of experience as Sales in Automotive Part Manufacturing company
Intermediate level in English (MUST)
Driving License (a must) and own car (Prefer)
