Job Description: Director of Chains at Vibes Lab
1. Client Relationship Management: Primary contact for key clients, driving initiatives to boost satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
2. Sales Oversight: Manage domestic and international sales territories, track team and distributor performance, and explore expansion opportunities.
3. Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations & renewals, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
4. Operational Supervision: Oversee scent marketing implementations, daily operations, and set up technician networks across Thailand and distributor networks around Asia.
5. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the sales team, aiming for high performance and professional growth.
6. Reporting: Monthly reports to shareholders on business performance and insights.
Qualifications
- 5 Years Sales Manager Experience
- Must Speak Fluent English Otherwise you don't qualify for this earning level.
- Leadership Skills
- Industry knowledge in Hotels
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Enjoys speaking and making relationship with customers
