Job Descriptions
Ocean Billing Officer
1.ออกอินวอยซ์ลูกค้าตามเวลาที่กำหนด
2.ตรวจสอบใบเสร็จ เอกสารชิปปิ้ง ค่าเฟรท DO ก่อนทำอินวอยซ์ส่งลูกค้า
3.จัดทำใบเปย์อิน แยกระหว่าง LCL FCL หรือ consoles สำหรับแต่ละชุดเอกสาร และแจ้งค่าใช้จ่ายให้ลูกค้า
4.ประสานงานกับแผนกทำใบขน และส่วนงานอื่นๆ เพื่อออกอินวอยซ์ด้วยความถูกต้อง
Ocean Operations Officer (Bill of Lading - BL)
1.ตรวจสอบ และจัดทำเอกสารด้านเฟรท ทำรายงานการปฏิบัติงาน และงานบริการอื่นๆ
2.ดูแล รับผิดชอบ ocean freight policies, programs และ practices.
3.ให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ปัญหาในการทำงาน Ocean Operation
4.ช่วยเหลือ ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามข้อบังคับ จริยธรรม และกฎหมาย
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี
- มีความรู้เรื่องบัญชี การเงิน ตรวจสอบใบรับเงินได้
- มีประสบการณ์ออกอินวอยซ์
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน ocean freight จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
