รูปแบบงาน: พนักงานชั่วคราว 1-3 เดือน
วันเริมงาน: 1 กรกฏาคม 2567
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1.โทรออกและรับสาย
- ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าหรือบริการแก่ลุกค้าได้
- สามารถโทรออก 200 สาย หรือมมากกว่านั้น ต่อวันได้
- โทรตามหลีด(Lead)ที่ได้รับ เพื่อแยกว่าหลีด(Lead)นั้นลูกค้าสนใจสินค้าหรือบริการนั้นจริงๆ หรือไม่สนใจ
- บันทึกข้อมูลในระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ถูกต้อง
2.Chats (แชท)
- ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับสินค้าหรือบริการได้
- ตรวจสอบในแชทว่าลูกค้าสนใจสินค้าหรือบริการ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลบันทึกลงในระบบ ส่งหลีด(Lead)ให้แผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามแชทที่ไม่มีการตอบกลับอย่างน้อย 4 ครั้ง
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา : ม.6 - ปริญญาตรี (อายุไม่เกิน 35ปี)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ และ ยินดีรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Call Center, Customer Service, Telesales จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้านการเจรจารการต่อรอง และมีไหวพริบทีดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้
- ไม่มี OT
- ต้องใช้แลปทอปส่วนตัวในการทำงาน
