Job Descriptions
1.Make payment to customer 2.Make shipping order 3.Make shipping notice 4.Make Purchase Request 5.Make Purchase order 6.Make invoice and packing list 7.Confirm and release bill of lading 8.Make daily output and submitted to customer 9.Make summary monthly output report 10.Make purchase Sales order 11.Make summary forecast from customer report by weekly 12.make summary PO from customer report by weekly 13.Make build plan from customer submit to production by weekly 14.Compare demand from customer with material and capacity and response back to customer by commit from factory 15.Make Supply commit to customer 16.Make comparison report from supply commit with total weekly output to customer by weekly 17.Support any related document from Taiwan team 18.Support supervisor order 14.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree and above
  2. Experienced on factory in the field of sales or customer service for at least 3 years
  3. Able to use Microsoft office. (Excel, Word, Power Point,Internet)
  4. Good communication in English
  5. Have proficiency in other languages such as Chinese.
  6. Can work well under pressure and high responsibilities.
  7. Able to work 5 days/2Sat.
