Job Descriptions
Document control -Control the company’s quality system documents correctly and efficiently such as registration, distribution, retention and disposition. -Maintain the master list to be up to date. -Monitor document in the quality system and coordinate with relevant department for improvement. Provide readiness and coordinate with relevant department for IQA, auditing by third parties and customers. -Coordinate with relevant departments in order that audit can be accomplished promptly and on schedule. Update quality information related to quality documents of QS department. -Update the information in the documents about the Halal system in the assigned part to send to the QS Supervisor for review in order such as HALAL, Allergen list, Contact list, etc Others tasks or responsibilities as assigned by head section
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or Experienced in quality system or quality assurance minimum 2 years.
  2. Major food science, food technology or related field.
  3. Experienced in document control system.
  4. Experienced in food industry. Acknowledge concerning cooked chicken product will be advantage.
  5. Having basic knowledge and training of food standard such as GMP, HACCP, DLD, BRC or other food safety and quality system.
  6. Ability in planning and continual improvement.
  7. Good interpersonal, communication skill and co-ordination with relevant department efficiently.
  8. Having basic knowledge of English.
  9. Able to use computer and basic program.
