Job Descriptions•Prepare, verify and execute timely and accurate payment runs.
•Check receipts voucher for local customers.
•Generate statement of account (SOA) for customers.
•Prepare and post AP entries.
•Prepare and post month-end journals.
•Prepare monthly management reports.
•Prepare and check output and input VAT and TAX report. Submit reports to Revenue Department.
•Check withholding tax and prepare withholding tax report of customers. Submit reports to Revenue Department.
•Responsible for preparation of bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.
•Update fixed asset listing and tracking of fixed assets.
•Assist the manager for month-end / year-end closing, and other tasks assigned.
Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of logistics related working experience in accounting department.
- Recognized Degree in Accounting sector.
- Excellent analytical, people, problem solving, troubleshooting, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to details.
- Ability to achieve deadlines on report submission.
- Able to read and write in English.
