Job Descriptions
1.Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
2.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
3.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
6.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
7.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
8.Take the extra mile to engage customers
9.Do anything to make customer's smiles.
Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Leadership with good managerial skills
- Able to speak English or other foreign languages
- Teamwork oriented
- Can start work immediately is preferred
