2Handle the defected analysis of the return units and propose the solution.
3Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.
4Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
5Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
6Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
7Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.
8Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
9Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
10Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
11Prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on ISO specifications.
12Develop product quality processes based on ISO standards.
13Mange and coordinate ISO audits.
14Work with Quality Managers to improve quality management system based on audit results.
15Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications - Male-Female, graduated with a high vocational certificate in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 1 years experience in Quality Engineer
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on process improvement tools i.e. lean manufacturing, six-sigma system, Kaizen, ISO, etc.
- Able to work under high pressure and good attitude
- If able to communicate in English or Chinese will be an advantage
- Co-ordinates with supporting functions for the achievement of production as planned
- Knowledge of ISO system and RBA
