Job Descriptions
・Preparation document work for support shopfloors management ,3 Pillars and STW /WI control.
・Genba time measuring and analyze problem root case and Handing how to countermeasure.
・Operate according to Toyota's operating system.
・Support Production activities for improve process (productivity increase/loss time in process reduction, etc.)
・Problem analysis and find out improvement and take corrective action.
・Capacity production monitor/review/analyze with machine cycle time and make plan layout for preparation of all equipment for project line improvement.
・Others as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male, Age 22-32 year old.
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of production line in automotive industry (TPS system, 3 pillars activity).
- Experience in TPS system (SAN TEN SET, Man-Machine Chart etc.)
- Good command in computer skill (Ms office)
- Good command in English (Spoken, Written, Reading)
