Job Descriptions

1. Control the overall performance of the branch. 2. Management of Mining and Feldspar Crushing Plant. 3. Liaising with the Customs Department to facilitate the export of goods internationally. 4. Supervising port operations for the shipment of Feldspar to international customers. 5. Awareness and consideration of social and environmental factors for public relations initiatives. 6. Provide information or coordinate with corporate for improvement production activities. 7. Ensure that coordination between department-related processes is smooth. 8. Develop Team, provide opportunities, and drive for continuous improvement. 9. Planning the annual budget and controlling the use of the branch. 10. Reporting performance results to the CEO.

Qualifications

Graduated as a Mining Engineer.
More than 15 years experience in mine planning, mine operation, and crushing plant.
Knowledge of industrial minerals is required knowledge is a plus.
Feldspar production process knowledge is a plus.
Management experience is required.
Action-oriented, self-starter, decision-making skills.
Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate with advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate & work with all levels of management & cultures.
