Develop and direct the company's growth strategy, focusing on both profitability and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market conditions, identify new business opportunities and customer needs to develop and monitor the team's strategic plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, potential customers, business partners, network hospitals and key stakeholders.
Organize business meetings with customers, networks and potential partners.
Prepare and manage relevant contracts, ensuring compliance with company laws and regulations.
Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure sales, marketing and product strategies are aligned.
Sales & Relationship Management
Effectively present the company's products and services to meet or anticipate customer objectives.
Manage and record sales data, revenue, invoices and other related documents.
Prepare sales performance reports for presentation at executive meetings.
Provide reliable advice and after-sales support to maintain good relationships.
Marketing & Communications
Initiate, plan, and manage all marketing plans, strategic communications, and promotional activities.
Ensure that the company's communications deliver the right message to attract new customers and retain current customers.
Represent the marketing team in collaboration with other departments such as Product, Sales, and Customer Service.
Update marketing activities and report campaign results to senior management.
Team Leadership & Management
Manage and drive all business activities of the team to achieve set goals.
Develop and train team members to become quality sales and marketing personnel.
