Job Descriptions
1. Follow standard operating procedures for standard production operations.
2. Proficient in using the production equipment for this position.
3. Timely and complete completion of production records.
4. Self check according to regulations, promptly report and handle any problems found.
5. Ensure environmental control and daily record registration for clean areas.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- 20-45 years old, with a junior high school education or above.
- Have experiences with heat treatment, hard working, meticulous, and down-to-earth.
- Proficient in daily equipment operation.
- CNC lathes, proficient in using measuring tools and on-site debugging skills.
- Familiar with the basic operation of grinding machines.
- Operating Casting Equipment: Responsible for operating casting equipment, using resin sand to shape steel castings, ensuring that the shape meets process requirements. 2. Pouring and monitoring: According to the production plan and technical requirements, pour the castings and monitor key parameters such as temperature changes and pouring speed during the pouring process.
- Casting cleaning and inspection: Responsible for cleaning steel castings, removing surface sand particles and burrs, checking the quality of castings, and ensuring that there are no defects such as cracks and pores.
