Job Descriptions

1.Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of server systems, databases, and core network infrastructure. 2.Assist in managing IT infrastructure devices, including servers, storage systems, and backup solutions. 3.Operate and support Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server under team supervision. 4.Perform administrative tasks related to Active Directory, user account management, and Group Policy settings. 5.Participate in the administration of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint). 6.Prepare and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, user manuals, and operational procedures. 7.Provide on-call support and assistance outside regular working hours for critical or urgent issues.

Qualifications

Age: 24–30 years old
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years of relevant work experience
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and SQL Server.
Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and a positive attitude toward work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve performance.
