Job DescriptionsResponsibilities & Accountabilities
•Sales and Client Development:
oDrive sales of Intertek’s services within the assigned vertical, accounts, and territory through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
•Customer Relationship Management:
oConduct regular client visits to understand customer needs, identify new marketing opportunities, and establish long-term relationships with clients.
oMeet with existing and prospective clients, fostering strong, enduring relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
•Sales Targets and Reporting:
oAchieve monthly revenue and order targets by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
oPrepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales reports.
•Proposals and Transactions:
oDraft, submit, and follow up on sales proposals, specifying appropriate standards and pricing for client needs.
oEnsure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process by providing outstanding service.
•CRM and Activity Tracking :
oRecord all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as per company requirements.
oMeet activity and engagement targets to maintain a high level of productivity and sales effectiveness.
•Market and Service Awareness:
oMaintain current knowledge of Intertek’s services to support sales discussions and accurately inform clients.
