Job Descriptions
• Provide Installation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings to customers for Cyber Security Solution
• Provide phone and email support service to external customers.
• Provide on-site support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analysis, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related
- At least 5 years’ experience in Cyber Security / Network Security / Cloud Security
- Must have in-depth knowledge in SASE / SSE / Cyber Security Solutions
- Must have strong in English skills; Speaking, Listening, Reading,
- AWS, GCP, Azure, Palo Alto, Fortinet, zScaler, Trellix & Skyhigh, Netskope, F5 Certificate would be advantage
- High ability to learn new technology
- Can communicate in English both writing and speaking.
