Job Descriptions
1. To assist the chief engineer in the day to day work and design work for Engineer.
2. Assist the Chief Engineer to Prepare Plating Engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates for product.
3. Improve yield of planting process and Analysis defective of products and provide solutions.
4. Assist the Chief Engineer to review sample requirements and create PCPF and tooling and arrange the sample plan.
5. Monitor the quality of products and provide process solutions for customer feedback.
6. Assist the Chief Engineer to designing new production line and new plating process.
7. Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget.
Qualifications
- Chemical or relate field Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Minimum 5 year related experience in plating process
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Able to communicate in English
- Ability to leadership
