1. Responsible to supervise technical & services section
2. Supporting installation and services for our services technician (Both Dental Chair Unit and X-ray)
3. Follow up customer complain
4. Improve sill of services technician
Qualifications
- Age 35 years up
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer or Electronic Engineer or Computer Engineering
- At least 4-5 years field services and mangaement of a services team
- Good command of English
- Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation
- Have car license
