Job Descriptions
1.Placed booking with carrier as per shipper cargo readiness
2.Release booking to shipper and agent
3.Follow loading process with shipper
4.Submit si and vgm to carrier
5.Co-ordinate with back office for documents purpose
6.Follow documents with shipper
7.Send pre-alert to agent
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality.
- Male or Female, age of not over 40 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- Fresher or at least 1 year experience knowledge in freight forwarder
- Experience in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
- Good command in English both writing, speaking
- Ability to work well under pressure
- An Good customer service mind and positive thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good team worker
