Job Descriptions
1.Ensure initiatives are aligned with corporate goals, and focus on efficiency and cost/revenue opportunities
2.Perform process mapping, AS-IS analysis and Develop TO-BE process optimization.
3.Provide analysis reports and monitor the health of improvement process
4.Provide support and expertise in implementing quality standards process, operating procedure communication and training material
5.Take necessary actions to control the processes to ensure have no serious problems related to internal / external customer complaint, audit issue
6.Support for problem solving on any issues related to the process which are responsible
Qualifications
- Male/female age 30 - 40 year
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial engineering, Project Management or Supply Chain logistics, Statistic, Economic
- Have Working experience in Process Improvement / Process development / Quality Assurance ( Banking is preferred)
- Demonstrate experience in project management and implementation of complex automated systems.
- Demonstrate experience in business process analysis and design (AS-IS and TO-BE)
- Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to interact with management and technical people at a variety of levels
