Job Descriptions
- Prospect and qualify leads within the manufacturing sector that utilize cooking oils in their production processes (e.g., food processing, snack food production, cosmetic, etc.). - Develop a comprehensive understanding of various cooking oil grades, processing methods, and their impact on finished products. - Effectively communicate the technical specifications and performance benefits of your company's cooking oil solutions to non-technical audiences. - Partner with potential and existing clients to understand their specific production needs and recommend the most suitable cooking oil solution. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the cost-efficiency, sustainability aspects (if applicable), and quality improvement benefits of your offers. - Negotiate contracts and pricing for bulk cooking oil sales, ensuring profitability. - Provide exceptional customer service, by addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships. - Track sales performance metrics like quota attainment, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. - Stay informed on market trends regarding cooking oil prices, regulations, and new product developments. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product specifications, safety protocols, and industry best practices through ongoing training and research. - Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and customer trends to management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, or related fields.
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales at least 5 years with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets (food products are preferred).
  3. Deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
  4. Excellent in presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  6. Good command in Computer literacy.
  7. Good command in English both of speaking and writing.
  8. Team player, good personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Have own transportation and able to travel.
