Job Descriptions
1.Oversee the daily electrical operations within the plant, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently and safely. 2.Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. 3.Coordinate with other departments to optimize maintenance and repairs of electrical systems with overall plant operations. 4.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion 5.Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production disruptions. 6.Implement effective problem-solving techniques to address complex electrical challenges 7.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and safety regulations
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Willingness to work every other Saturday
