Job DescriptionsOffice facilities
•Administrate facilities (liaise with landlord, manage the seating capacity, ensure all office systems and support services are operational and effectively support the business)
•Responsible for office furniture and appliances, keys, telephone
•Purchase office & facility related goods & services e.g., refreshment inventory, office supplies, name cards etc.
•Manage meeting rooms and related catering.
•Coordinate service staff (cleaning, maintenance, parking, MPS, messenger)
Administration and Support
•Host and support visitors. Respond to external phone calls.
•Ensure not exceeding budget for Office & Facility Management
•Travel management (flight ticket, hotel, insurance, local transportation)
•Arrange wreath and get-well baskets if required.
