Job Descriptions

1. Research, identify, and source qualified suppliers in Thailand and neighboring countries to meet company sourcing needs. 2. Collaborate with account managers and suppliers to ensure product specifications are clearly defined, documented, and communicated. Verify that all technical and quality requirements are met during sourcing, sampling, and production stages. 3. Request for Quotation, make pricing comparison. Proactively contact, visit, negotiate with, and follow up with qualified suppliers to build and maintain strong working relationships. 4. Gather, verify, and organize supplier profiles and key company information for internal reference and evaluation. 5. Coordinate product sampling and development processes in close collaboration with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure product standards. 6. Maintain and regularly update sourcing reports to ensure visibility and tracking of sourcing activities for various products. 7. Research new product categories and industries to expand and diversify the supplier database. 8. Act as the key liaison for customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely administration of purchase orders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Good command of both written and spoken English
3+ years of experience in merchandising and supply chain management is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office software
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and administrative skills, with a proactive attitude
