Job Descriptions
-ได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) และการคาดการณ์คำสั่งซื้อ (Forecast) จากลูกค้า แล้วสรุปรายงานให้กับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรเพื่อส่งมอบงานให้กับลูกค้า
-ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าทางอีเมลล์ และติดตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
-จัดทำรายงานคำสั่งขาย (Sales Order) สำหรับผู้บริหาร
-ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อและคำสั่งซื้อคาดการณ์กับลูกค้า
-ควบคุมและจัดสมดุลสินค้าคงคลังในส่วนของการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปวส.ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถตอบคำถามเบื้องต้นกับลูกค้าได้ และสามารถสื่อสารตอบกลับผ่านE-Mail, Line ได้ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะโปแกรม microsoft exexcel, word
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน sales/ customer service/ admin/ purchase จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
