Job Descriptions

- Develop and manage product promotion strategies specifically for TikTok, aligning with overall marketing goals. - Proactively identify, vet, and recruit KOLs whose audience aligns with our brand. Manage end-to-end relationships, from negotiation to content delivery. - Oversee campaign execution, continuously monitoring live stream and video performance (views, engagement, GMV). - Analyze data to prepare weekly sales performance reports for management, providing clear insights and recommendations. - Stay current with TikTok trends, platform features, and influencer marketing best practices to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign effectiveness. - Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated promotional efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing, specifically with a strong track record on TikTok.
Proficiency in English or Chinese.
Demonstrable success in managing KOLs to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
In-depth understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, analytics, and content strategies that drive conversions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
