Job Descriptions
•Able to manage a TikTok shop or Facebook shop independently from start to finish.
•Manage online sales channels TikTok or Facebook by listing products, adjusting storefronts, updating stock, managing chats, and preparing financial reports.
•Set monthly sales targets for management approval to align with company goals.
•Plan online strategies and forecast sales for each quarter.
•Develop monthly promotions and participate in platform campaigns (via social media and marketplaces).
•Oversee overall operations to generate revenue.
•Create monthly promotions and discount coupons.
•Plan and execute ad campaigns, estimate budgets, and control expenses.
•Select products and plan keywords for TikTok content creation while coordinating with graphic designers.
•Participate in campaigns, flash sales, and other activities recommended by platform KAMs.
•Analyze store performance to apply strategies for increased sales.
•Summarize daily, weekly, and monthly sales while analyzing data from TikTok or Facebook
•Work well in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to develop operational strategies aligned with store growth trends or market trends.

•จัดการช่องทางการขายออนไลน์ TikTok หรือ Facebook โดยการลงรายการสินค้าปรับหน้าร้าน อัปเดตสต็อก และจัดทำรายงานยอดขาย
•กำหนดเป้าหมายการขายรายเดือนเพื่อขออนุมัติจากฝ่ายบริหารเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท
•วางแผนกลยุทธ์ออนไลน์และคาดการณ์ยอดขายในแต่ละไตรมาส
•พัฒนาโปรโมชันรายเดือนและเข้าร่วมแคมเปญบนแพลตฟอร์ม (ผ่านโซเชียลมีเดียและตลาดซื้อขาย)
•ดูแลการดำเนินงานโดยรวมเพื่อให้ได้ยอดตามเป้าที่กำหนดในแต่ละเดือน
•สร้างโปรโมชันและคูปองส่วนลดรายเดือน
•วางแผนและดำเนินการแคมเปญโฆษณา ประเมินงบประมาณ และควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย
•เลือกผลิตภัณฑ์และวางแผนคำหลักสำหรับการสร้างเนื้อหา TikTok ในขณะที่ประสานงานกับนักออกแบบกราฟิก
•เข้าร่วมแคมเปญ การขายแบบแฟลช และกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่ KAM บนแพลตฟอร์มแนะนำ

Qualifications
- Must have 2 year experience of e-commerce platforms. (Face book, TikTok) is a must or have experience in selling on any online platform is prefer.
- Creativity in designing campaigns and promotions.
- Have a keen insight into social media hot spots, and be able to respond quickly and produce corresponding content.
- Have strong data analysis capabilities and be able to continuously optimize operation strategies through data feedback.
- Those with e-commerce operation experience or successful account operation cases are preferred.
- Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and can withstand work pressure.
- Strong planning, analytical, and data application skills.
- Proficiency in managing online stores, user engagement, and converting users into sales.
- Skills in online store management, data analysis, and optimization on Facebook or TikTok is a must
- High responsibility, dedication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in daily conversational English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
