Job Descriptions
- คีย์ข้อมูลส่ง SI ให้สายเรือ
- ทำดราฟ B/L ส่งให้ลูกค้า Agent ปลายทาง หรือฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อตรวจเช็ค, แก้ไขเอกสารเอกสารให้ถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบเอกสาร (HB/L , MB/L) แก้ไข, และConfirm กับสายเรือให้ทันภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
- ตามค่าใข้จ่ายจากสายเรือ, ตาม Quotation จากฝ่ายขาย สำหรับคีย์เบิกเช็ค เพื่อนำไปจ่าย
และรับ B/L ฉบับจริงจากสายเรือ
- ออกเอกสารวางบิล (Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note)
- เช็ควันเรือออก และออกเอกสาร (B/L) ฉบับจริง และส่งเอกสารให้กับลูกค้า หลังจากได้รับชำระเงิน
- ส่งเอกสาร (Pre Alert) ให้กับ Agent ปลายทาง
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่าง 1-2 ปี
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
