Job Descriptions

1. ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดด้านอาหารและอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงของประเทศปลายทาง (To ensure that all products comply with food and pet food regulation of destination country.) 2. ตรวจสอบและให้การอนุมัติข้อความอ้างอิงคุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Claims) บนบรรจุภัณฑ์และช่องทางการสื่อสารต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย (Reviewing and providing approve on product claims on pack, communication channels ensuring compliance with regulations.) 3. จัดเตรียมข้อมูลทางวิทยาศาสตร์ หลักฐาน และเอกสารประกอบ (Dossier) เพื่อสนับสนุนการอ้างอิงคุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์ (Providing scientific evidence and dossier to support product claims.) 4. ติดตามและอัปเดตกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งในประเทศไทยและตลาดต่างประเทศ สำหรับอาหารคนและอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง (Keep up-to-date with regulatory legislation and guidelines in Thailand and International markets for both human food and pet food.) 5. จัดทำ ดูแล และปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลด้านกฎระเบียบ แฟ้มข้อมูลทางเทคนิค และเอกสารต่าง ๆ สำหรับการใช้งานภายในและการยื่นต่อหน่วยงานราชการ (Maintain and update regulatory databases, technical files, and documentation for internal records and government submissions.) 6. จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารผลิตภัณฑ์ ความถูกต้องของวัตถุดิบ และข้อความอ้างอิงบนฉลาก (Prepare and review product documentation, ingredient compliance, and label claims.) 7. สนับสนุนข้อมูลทางเทคนิคมาตรฐานให้แก่หน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Supports internal / external stakeholders across the region by providing standard technical information.) 8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาเป็นครั้งคราว เช่น การตอบข้อซักถาม การตรวจประเมิน (Audit) (To perform any duties assigned from time to time by superior e.g. Queries, Audit support.)

Qualifications

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า (A successfully completed bachelor’s degree or highly.)
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในงานด้าน QC / QA / RA ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร และ/หรืออุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง (At least 3 years’ experience in QC/QA/RA in food industry and pet food industry.)
มีความเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO, BRCGS, GHPs, HACCP รวมถึงกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดของ FDA, กรมปศุสัตว์ (DLD), USDA, USFDA และกฎระเบียบของสหภาพยุโรป (EU) (Good understanding of ISO, BRCGS, GHPs, HACCP, FDA, DLD, USDA, USFDA and EU regulations.)
มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ AAFCO, FEDIAF และ NRC (Good understanding of AAFCO, FIDIAF and NRC are preferable.)
มีความรู้และทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี ทั้งการเขียนและการสื่อสาร (Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
ผู้สมัครที่มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น กรมประมง กรมปศุสัตว์ และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ (Applicants with experience in coordinating with external agencies such as the DOF, DLD, FDA will be given special consideration.)
