Job Descriptions
Job Purpose
Responsible for the dealer quality management of Sales and Aftersales work process, dealer’s staff attitude and customers’ expectation handling
Principle Accountability
Responsible for NPS and VOC
Responsible for SOP in Mystery shopping result, self-evaluation and key concerned points
Responsible for Action improvement plan (Dealer performance)
Co-ordinate with relevant function and coaching dealer to ensure alignment with Rêver standards
Encourage and motivate dealers in performing exceed the customer’s expectation
Qualifications
- Automotive experience
- Good communication skills, ability to present and work under pressure
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- Good command in English
