Project Readiness & Planning
- Assess and structure projects before implementation to ensure smooth execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Cross-Team Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact person between various teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Facilitate meetings, updates, and status reports to ensure all teams are informed and aligned.
- Coordinate resources and manage expectations among different departments.
Project Management & Execution
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met within the defined timeline.
- Support project teams with clear documentation, workflows, and best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Data Workflow & Process Optimization
- Understand and manage the end-to-end data workflow within projects.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Analyze data trends and insights to support decision-making.
Lean Operations & Process Optimization
- Apply Lean principles to enhance workflow efficiency and eliminate unnecessary processes.
- Continuously improve operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams to maximize productivity.
Other
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the COO, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and efficiency in every interaction.
Qualifications

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน Project Management 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการจัดระเบียบและการบริหารเวลาได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) และซอฟต์แวร์ด้านการบริหาร Project
- สามารถทำงานได้หลากหลายและจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี
- มีความเป็นมืออาชีพและใส่ใจในรายละเอียดสูง
