Job Descriptions
1. Control efficiency of change over (change model) to complete quality and limited time.
2. Consider ideas, and ways to improve the efficiency of changeover (reduce change over time, easy method to change over)
3. Control production efficiency and meet KPIs department.
4. Control and organize manpower to support the plan fully.
5. Control 5S to meet the standards of the company.
Working Schedule & Location
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday
- Working Hours: Able to work rotating shifts (07.00 - 16.00, 19.00-04.00 hrs.)
- Location: TFD Industrial Estate 2, Chachoengsao
Need to resume English only
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising production line, has skill about people management.
- Knowledgeable in machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to use software system for production management
- Good communication skills (oral, written, local and in English language)
- Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety
- Able to work Monday - Saturday, work overtime and can work shifts
