Job Descriptions
1.Contact local suppliers, oversea suppliers to get competitive logistics cost to sales.
2.Coordinate with customer, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments.
3.Preparing and ensure a smooth booking, clearance, documentation and invoicing process.
4.Follow up on orders and keep customers informed about cargo movement.
5.Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or sales).
- 1-2 years of experience in a freight forwarding business environment.
- Preferably an understanding of basic processes and related document functions in the freight and logistics industries, such as bills of lading, air waybills, etc.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Positive attitude,handle pressure, team player and srong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong planning and management skills.
