รับสายให้ข้อมูลทั่วไป, รับแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อยู่, ช่องทางการชำระเงิน, แต้มสะสม, สมัครผลิตภัณฑ์, รับเรื่องร้องเรียน และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริการลูกค้า
(Contract period 3 Months)
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า ทุกสาขา (ยินดีพิจารณาผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์) หรือ ระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี (ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน)
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารทางโทรศัพท์ ทั้งการพูด การฟัง รวมถึงการเขียนหรือจดบันทึก ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ (MS Office 365)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูด การฟัง การอ่านและการเขียน และหากมีผล TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 450 คะแนนขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center / Customer Service ในธุรกิจธนาคารมา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน ในรูปแบบเวียนกะ 24/7 ได้
