Job Descriptions
1. บันทึกข้อมูลรับเข้า / เบิก-จ่ายสินค้าในระบบโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป
2. ควบคุมเอกสารเบิก-จ่าย รับคืน ส่งคืนให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ไม่สูญหาย
3. สุ่มตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังประจำสัปดาห์ เดือน ปี
4. ทำ STOCK ควบคุมเบิกจ่ายวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง
5. เช็คข้อมูลตอบฝ่ายขายและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
7. จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน และรายงานต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
8. จัดเก็บเอกสารเป็นระเบียบ update ค้นหาง่าย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า 2 ปีขึ้นไป / เคยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป
- excel / word / powerpoint / google sheet
- ใช้สูตร vlookup / pivo table
- พิมพ์ดีดไทย อังกฤษคล่อง
- ภาษาอังกฤษ อ่านออกเขียนได้
- ซื่อสัตย์ มีความกระตือรือร้น ใฝ่รู้ สู้งานหนัก รับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- ใช้เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้ดี
