1.รับสายและให้บริการด้านข้อมูลต่าง ๆ
2. แนะนำการใช้บริการInternetบ้าน3BB
3. ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า และพนักงานภายในองค์กร
4. ทำงาน 4 วัน หยุด 2 วัน หมุนเวียนวันหยุด
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. , ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ พิมพ์ดีดไทย - อังกฤษ ได้ดีมาก
- มีทักษะพูดอ่านเขียนได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- สามารถปฏิบัติตามตารางงานได้ ทำงานวันหยุดตามตารางงาน รวมทั้งพร้อมปฏิบัติงานในตารางกลางคืน(20:00-08:00 น.) ได้
