Job Descriptions
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. •Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. •Build and maintain strong client relationships. •Identify new market opportunities and expand market reach. •Prepare accurate sales forecast and permeance reports.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field; an Engineering degree is an advantage.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the integrated security systems, IT, telecommunications, or M&E industries
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) additional language skills are a plus.
