1.Investigate and provide recommendations to team for improve service quality and proper actions to achieve target. 2.Coaching and coordinates activities of team engaged in service activities. 3.Effective coordinate with related department to ensure proper processing to support customers requirement. 4.To monitor team’s productivity Indicators. 5.To generate and update tracking daily report

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing outbound called or telemarketing
Bachelor's Degree from any fields or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies/ practices and sales background is benefits.
Strong leadership skills, coaching and ability to solve problems.
Effective communication skills, Experience negotiating and managing contract negotiations.
Good computer literacy (working knowledge of MS office, telephone system reports etc..
Excellent Training and coaching skills
Strong analytical skills in any area related to Call center
Good Attitude and self motivate
Creative problem solving skills/ conceptual thinking
