Job Descriptions
• ตอบคำถามลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Chat ต่างๆ
• ดูแลและอัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้าบนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ
• รับข้อติชมจากลูกค้า และประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
• สรุปออเดอร์สินค้า เช็คความถูกต้องกับลูกค้า
• สร้างยอดขาย รับออเดอร์ลูกค้าทางออนไลน์ ในทุกแพตฟอร์มของบริษัท
• ตรวจสอบจำนวนสต็อกสินค้าที่มีอยู่จริงให้ตรงกับระบบ
• แพ็คสินค้าและนำส่งให้ขนส่งที่มารับประจำวัน
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย / หญิง วุฒิ ปวช หรือเทียบเท่า อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- Positive energy
- มีความเข้าใจ E-Commerce
- มี Service Mind ใจบริการ และชอบช่วยเหลือลูกค้า
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- *หากพร้อมเริ่มงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
