Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบงานและทำ plan-Load สินค้า
2.จัดทำข้อมูลใบตราส่งสินค้า (AWB) ในระบบ SysFreight รวมทั้งจัดคืนเอกสารให้ลูกค้า และ Sales
3. ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขใบชั่งสินค้าที่รับจากสายการบิน
4.ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Planning-Sales Dept., Agent และ IBD)
5.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (สายการบินและ Agent)
6.ดูแล ให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในสายงาน
7.ทำรายงานสินค้าส่งออกประจำวัน
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านส่งออกจะพิจารณา 3-5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ประสานงาน ทั้งภายนอกและภายในบริษัทฯ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft ได้ดี
