Job Descriptions
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research
- Business needs into functional specifications and use cases
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business Analyst
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience in defining and documenting Business Processes and Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience of Insurance business is a plus
