Job Descriptions
1. บริหารการเงินและการบัญชี - ดูแลระบบบัญชีทั้งหมด รวมถึง AR (ลูกหนี้), AP (เจ้าหนี้) - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายงานทางการเงินและงบการเงิน - ดูแลงานต้นทุน, Cashflow - และงานอื่นๆ เช่น การจัดการหนี้ และภาษี 2. จัดการอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ (FX) - ติดต่อและเจรจาอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน (Foreign Exchange Rate) กับธนาคารหรือสถาบันการเงิน 3. บริหารสินค้าคงคลังและทรัพย์สิน - ควบคุมและนับสต็อกสินค้าให้มีความถูกต้อง - จัดการ ดูแล Fixed Asset ของบริษัท, Investment Project 4. บริหารทีมงานและประสานงานภายในองค์กร - ดูแลและพัฒนาทีมงานด้านการเงินและการบัญชี - จัดทำรายงานและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดทำรายงานสรุปให้ผู้บริหาร รวมทั้งนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงลึกเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชีหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการการเงินหรือบัญชี (ธุรกิจ Trading/ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ)
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจนำเข้า-ส่งออก และความเข้าใจใน Incoterms
  5. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเรื่อง Foreign Exchange Rate (FX)
  6. มีทักษะในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและทรัพย์สิน
  7. ความเชี่ยวชาญในระบบ ERP (เช่น Exact, SAP, Oracle) และ Excel คล่องแคล่ว (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
  8. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ, มีไหวพริบ, มีความซื่อสัตย์, ขยันและอดทนและสามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
  9. สามารถสื่อสารได้อย่างชัดเจนและถูกต้อง
  10. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการทำงานได้ดี
