Job Descriptions
1.โทรศัพท์ติดตามหนี้ , ส่ง SMS และ บันทึกผลการเจรจาหนี้ในระบบงาน
2.รับเรื่องลูกค้าที่ติดต่อเข้ามาที่บริษัท สอบถามเกี่ยวกับการชำระค่างวด/ยอดค้างชำระ/ยอดปิดบัญชี เป็นต้น
3.จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการเจรจาหนี้ รายวัน และ รายสิ้นเดือน
4.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีทักษะในการเจรจา
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานทางด้านการติดตามทวงหนี้ทางโทรศัพท์
