Job Descriptions
1. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
2. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment and physical assets of the company, be it the building, office space, or machinery
3. Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
4. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Work as a facility manager and do periodic checks of all the facilities that fall under the company, while ensuring that all safety standards are adhered to
5. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff. Lead, train and monitor the maintenance executive staff and assess their performance to improve the systems
6. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
7. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. Make certain that all the budgets set of maintenance are observed and all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner
8. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
9. Other as assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Power / Electronics/ Mechanics/or related fields
- Have more than 10 years of experience in the position
- Able to communicate in English at a fair level
- Experience working in PCB business will be given special consideration.
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / IATF 16949
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
- Can work in Prachinburi Province
