Job Descriptions
1. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies that are specific to the regional market.
2. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and stakeholders.
3. Identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitors, and comprehend market trends through market research.
4. To ensure that targets are met and identify areas for improvement, it is important to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
5. Provide training and assistance to sales staff and dealers to enhance their knowledge of products and sales techniques.
6. Create and present regular sales reports to senior management, emphasizing successes, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
7. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that sales efforts align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality;
- Bachelor degree or above is preferred, Can Speak Chinese is preferred;
- Able to communicate in Thai and English (or Thai and Chinese) proficiently;
- Familiar with the passenger car industry in Thailand, more than 3 years of related experience is preferred;
- Those with experience in passenger car regional sales management are preferred;
- Can adapt to frequent business trips;
- Responsible, positive working attitude, strong learning ability;
- A valid driver's license.
