Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมการผลิตและพัฒนา % Yield and และควบคุม Loss ระหว่างกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
2.ควบคุมการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล KPI, Manpower เครื่องจักร พื้นที่การผลิต อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
3.วางแผน และพัฒนาบุคลากรในกระบวนการผลิตให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
4.กำหนด Action plan และ Timeline เพื่อให้ KPI บรรลุผล
5.ควบคุมดูแลจัดการระบบ GHP/HACCP และมาตรฐานการผลิตอื่นๆ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญาตรีสาขา Food Science
- มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอาหาร
- มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
