Job Descriptions

1.Daily Break down attend, Plan & Execute Preventive Maintenance, Support Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance 2.Break Down Analysis with root cause and counter measure with record. 3. Monthly MIS preparation 4.Spare part procurement, create Purchase requisition, make check sheet and follow ups with purchase. 5.Follow up with Supplier for Quotation and submit to Purchase for spare part procurement. 6.Daily activity plan and execution to avoid breakdown. 7.Daily update end of the day of work status. 8.Store requisition voucher generate in SAP to get spares for machine maintenance. 9.Making Returnable gate pass for repairing purpose of maintenance items, Follow up for quotation, conversion in PR, PO and ensure timely return and closure of RGP. 10.Preventive Maintenance schedule adherence, Gap Analysis, Revision of PM Check sheet with Check points. 11.Involvement in ACMA Activity, Model Machine, Red tag removal, improvements in machines. 12.Kaizen identification, implementation and keep record. 13.Energy saving proposals and implementation with targets. 14.Spare part management with reduction of maintenance cost reduction plan with targets. 15.Make training plan and provide training to Production operators for small breakdown & how to avoid breakdown. 16.IATF audit preparation and keep records and documentation. 17.Work for Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance breakdown. 18.Why Why Analysis & Root Cause analysis for breakdown.

Qualifications

Diploma/ Vocational/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in equipment or facility maintenance.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
